Sponsorship Request Form

Before submitting this form, please ask yourself the following questions:

1. Is this event presented and hosted by MWR?
2. Is the event at least six months out?
3. Are the participants primarily military-ID holders?
4. Do you expect at least 400 participants?
5. Is the event marketable for potential corporate sponsors?

If you answer YES to all questions, please proceed.

In order to prepare our sponsorship and advertising plan for next year, please complete the following form for EACH event you are planning which will NEED sponsorship in order to occur. These events should be detailed below, with approximate costs involved. Please keep in mind that events which draw in more than 100 people, offer opportunities for sponsor tables or information, and are open to as many people as possible tend to be those events which get the better sponsorship. Events with narrow focus, small participation, and no avenues to offer for sponsor benefits, are extremely difficult to obtain support. Money is very difficult to obtain. If you list specific items you will need, such as port-a-potties or product to resale, we can actually solicit those items.

Marketing will solicit for each event submitted; however, not all events are guaranteed support.
